How Does an Apartment Partnership Work?

The exact benefit depends on your community, but the process is intentionally simple.

1. Your community partners with Paw by MC.

The property and Paw by MC determine which services, resident benefits and service structure make sense for the building.

2. Residents learn about the program.

Participating residents receive information explaining available services and any community-specific benefit.

3. You create your pet care profile.

Before service begins, Paw by MC gathers the information needed to understand your pet, home, routines and care requirements.

4. You request care.

Services are scheduled according to the availability and service parameters associated with your community.

5. Your pet receives individualized care.

Even within a community partnership, Paw by MC care is not treated as one-size-fits-all. The goal is to understand the individual pet and provide appropriate care, engagement and communication.

Having a pet care provider already familiar with your apartment community can reduce many of the logistical complications associated with apartment pet care.
